Challenge
Luz de Luna aims to position itself as an option that offers visitors greater privacy compared to other cabins in Tilcara. Guests can enjoy cabins that are completely secluded from one another, with high brick walls to enhance that sense of privacy, without having to share spaces or amenities with other people. The entire property is at the guests’ disposal, complete with spacious areas to enjoy the intense shining moonlight.
The challenge was to ensure the design was aligned with the business’s traditional values, conveyed a warm message, and fostered a sense of closeness in its interactions with customers. All of this is intended to create a welcoming experience and make guests feel they’ve found the right cabin.
Solution
To that end, the visual identity design aims to revolve around the slightly unbalanced, the imperfect, and the human. Because they focus on providing warm and welcoming care. They also avoid using imposing, sterile, or overly flashy shapes, graphic elements, or color palettes.
The entire strategy was developed to perform well in the contexts where it is most needed today with scalability in mind: wooden signs along the road and their sole current communication channel; social media.
